    The No.1 exhibition hall has four storeys with 86 meters long26 meters widea total area of 8,500 square meters.The No.2 exhibition building has four storeys as a whole with 95 meters long24.6 meters wide,but has 5 storeys parqtly.It covers an area of 10,000 spuare meters.The exhibition building can be divided into parts freelyare equipped with passengerscargo elevators,central air conditioning systems,automatic fire extinguisher,multiuse double power supplycommunications facilities.
    The exhibition building possesses great business value.It can be used not only to hold different exhibitions, shows, businessculture activities,bus also to open large-scale shopping centre,restaurantentertainment places.

    山东省国际贸易中心两座现代化展馆座落于青岛市最佳的风景区——汇泉湾畔，面向人潮如流的第一海水浴场，背靠草坪如画的汇泉广场,东临王朝大酒店，西接著名的汇泉小吃街，总面积一万八千多平方米，曾作为山东省对外贸易的“窗口”，成功地举办了十六届青岛对外经贸洽谈会和五百多次各类综合展览会、博览会。是办公、商业、休闲活动的黄金场所。从2000年起不再受承办青洽会的局限，改由国贸中心全年自主对外全面招商。
